We recommend using our size chart and measuring guide to ensure the perfect fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with your pet's measurements!
Each outfit is handmade to order. Production takes 1–7 business days, and shipping times vary by location.
We recommend ordering at least 2–4 weeks in advance if you have a specific event or date in mind. For major holidays like Halloween or Christmas, we suggest placing your order even 1–2 months early, as we tend to get a surge in orders and shipping times may be slower during peak season.

After Purchase

Since each outfit is custom-made for your pet, we don’t accept returns due to sizing — this helps protect all pets from potential hygiene risks. You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, a cancellation fee may apply if production has started.
